Why does the app ask me to unlock again?
The screen lock protects your signed-in workspace. Enter your PIN or use the password option shown to unlock. Signing out ends the session instead of just locking it.

How do I set or change my PIN?
Open your profile menu → Security → Screen Lock PIN. Enter the current password and the new four-digit PIN as requested, then confirm the change.

Use the password option on the lock screen. After unlocking, open your profile menu → Security → Screen Lock PIN and set a new PIN. If you also forgot the password, use password reset from sign-in.

Open your profile menu → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password and the new password, request the email verification code, then enter the code and confirm.

Open your profile menu and its Session & Access controls to review browser sessions. Use the available sign-out control for a session you no longer recognize or need. Mobile sessions are a separate scope.

Use Log out in the account/profile navigation. Sign in again when you need to return. Locking the workspace is different from logging out.
