Scheduled chat messages

In a patient-room conversation, enter your text and open the Schedule message control. Choose a preset or date/time and confirm. Check the audience before scheduling.

Scheduled patient-room messages currently support text only. Send the attachment through the ordinary composer when you are ready to share it.

Check that the text is not empty and the selected time is in the future. You also need scheduling permission and access to the room and selected audience. Ask your administrator to check your access if the action is rejected.

The sender's account, room access or permissions can change before delivery. A service error can also prevent delivery. Contact your organization with the scheduled time and error/status available; do not assume scheduling guarantees successful delivery.
