Why don't I have a Schedule tab?

Schedule access depends on your current account permissions. Portal accounts need patient-schedule viewing access. Ask your organization to check access if you should be able to view a schedule.

How do I find an event?

Open Schedule and choose the available day, week or month view. Use the date, patient and provider filters to find an event, then select it.

Why is an event missing?

Check the selected dates, search and patient/provider filters. Confirm the company and your patient access. Ask the care team to confirm the event if it is still missing.

How do I create an event?

Open Schedule and use Add. Select the patient and complete the required event details, including date and time. Choose an eligible provider if needed, then save. The action is available only for patients you can manage.

Why can I view an event but not edit it?

Viewing and managing schedules are separate permissions. An event can also be read-only for your account. Ask the care team or an authorized scheduler to make the change.

How do I edit an event?

Open the event from Schedule. If editing is enabled, update its details and save. Check the selected patient, date, start/end time and provider before saving.

Why is a provider missing from the event form?

The form uses eligible providers for the selected patient/room. Select the patient first. If the expected provider is absent, ask your organization to check their assignment and account eligibility.

How do I share or email a schedule?

Open the Schedule export/share controls when available. Choose an eligible patient and date range, review the preview and use the offered download/share or email action. Check the recipient before sending.

Why did emailing a schedule fail?

Check the recipient, date range and error message. The app requires a single eligible recipient and a valid range no longer than 366 days. Access or recipient eligibility may have changed since you opened the screen.

Event times look wrong. What should I check?

Confirm the event's date/time with the care team and check your device time settings. Include the displayed time, device time zone and expected time when reporting a mismatch.
