My message failed to send. What should I do?
Check your connection and whether you can still access the conversation. In patient rooms and direct chats, use Retry on a failed message when the menu offers it. Why can’t I reply to, edit or delete a particular message?
The available menu depends on the message type, whether sending has completed, who sent it and your access. A failed local message may offer Retry/Delete instead of ordinary message actions. System-generated messages do not have the same edit/delete actions as your own messages.
